Your Capstone Project will include three separate written components (sections) within the 1500 word paper:
Your paper should consist of 3 parts
Market Analysis – Based upon your research and using Porter’s Five Forces Model, evaluate the competitive strengths and weaknesses of the College of Central Florida (CF). (2-3 pages)
Strategic Positioning Analysis – Based upon your research, detail your strategy for CF’s Unique Selling Points (of most value to its current and future viability). What strategies would you recommend to the leaders of the college in order to gain or maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in attracting students to the college’s business programs? (2-3 pages)
Executive Summary – Write a one page Executive Summary of your Strategic Positioning Analysis. (1 page)
Your work should include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title and the date. Your work should be 6-8 pages (a minimum of 1500 words) in length not including the cover page and references page.
